Craps

Below is a round up of the Craps game play rules at our top rated Playtech powered online casino that is Vegas Red Casino

The initial roll in the game of Craps is known as the come out roll. Should the dice total is 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10 then what is termed the point is established. But should a hand a total of 2, 3, 7, 11, or 12 appear on this come out roll then that round of play immediately ends.

After the point has been established, a puck is placed on the point number on the table layout. After the point is rolled the dice will be rolled non stop until such a time that the same point is rolled again or a 7 happens to roll in.

The pass line wager as you may have guessed is a wager placed on the pass line before the come out roll has been rolled. Should you happen to roll in either a 7 or 11, then you will win and the round is complete.

Should however you happen to roll in either a 2, 3, or 12, it is known as craps and you will lose. All of the other numbers which are the 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10 will then become the point. You always win the pass line bet if the point is rolled before a 7 in tossed in. You will always lose the pass line bet, if a 7 is rolled before the point rolls in again. A winning pass line bet has a winning payout of even money.

The don't pass line bet is the reverse of a pass line bet, and this wager is placed on the craps table where it says "Don't Pass Bar" before the come out roll has been rolled.

In a don't pass line bet, you are betting that the shooter will roll in a 7 before rolling the point number and you will win on the come out roll if you roll craps which is a 2 or a 3, and on any other roll if it is 7. If the come out roll happens to be a 12, a don't pass line bet is returned to the player as a tie or more commonly known as a push. You lose on the come out roll if it is either 7 or 11, and on any other roll if it is the point.

A winning don't pass line bet will return you a payout at odds of even money of your wager on this bet.

Another very popular wager is known as the odds bet and is a bet on a pass, don't pass, come, and don't come bet. Your maximum bet permitted is three times your original bet.
